About The Diet
Created by Dr. Michael Eades and Mary Eades.
The doctor/authors claim that Protein Power counters insulin resistance, which is what they say is the cause for obesity.
The Protein Power plan allows you to foods with fats because it is found inside the body naturally unlike carbs, which are forbidden.
Protein power allows you to eat foods like meats, beans, and whole grains.
This diet does limit high carb foods like pasta, breads, and some fruits and veggies like bananas and carrots.
Many people consider this diet an easier “knockoff” diet of the Atkins program that is easier to follow.
